    • Zumba®

      Zumba ® combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and exercise combinations. Zumba is based on the principle that a workout should be fun and easy. It’s a feel-happy workout that is great for both the body and the mind. Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! This class uses the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning. You’ll learn a mixture of body sculpting movements and easy-to-follow dance steps.

    • Body Sculpting

      Body sculpting is a total body workout where the primary focus is resistance. With the use of weights, weight bars, exercise bands, dumbbells, or a combination, the instructor guides you through a set of exercises that tone your muscles and build strength.

    • Cardio Kickboxing

      Kickboxing combines martial arts moves with high intensity cardio. In this class, we use weighted globes to increase the intensity of the upper body workout while the kicks and the leg movements create a great cardio workout.

    • Circuit Training

      Circuit training is the combination of strength and cardio exercises, repeated two to three times with little or no rest in between. Exercises are organized in a circuit with multiple stations, and each station has a different exercise that targets a specific group of muscles.

    • Cycling

      A typical cycling class involves a single instructor at the front of the class who leads the participants through routines that are designed to simulate terrain and situations similar to riding a bike outdoors. Participant goals are based on heart rate.

    • T.R.X

      The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. This new total body workout benefits people of all fitness levels.

    • Power Training

      Power training is a total-body workout that combines a variety of functional movements exercise using props such us elastic bands, kettlebells, weights, body weights, and more. The teacher supports and cheers you on while correcting your alignment and posture for better results.

    • HIIT

      High-intensity interval training (HIIT) has been nominated as one of the two top fitness trends for 2014 by a research study from the College of Sports Medicine. HIIT is a fitness strategy in which you do the most amount of effort in a very short period of time, followed by a short or non-recovery period. This type of training gets your heart rate up and burning more fats per second.

    • Bootcamp X-press

      Bootcamp X-press combines cardiovascular exercises along with strength training elements such as using dumbbells, exercise bands, or the resistance of your own body weight. The pace of this program is quick, with little or no rest between each exercise.

    • Pilates Reformer

      The Pilates Reformer is a Pilates machine that resists and assists your movements, allowing you to complete precise actions that develop alignment, core strength, and flexibility. Most Pilates Reformer exercises involve pushing or pulling the carriage, or holding the carriage steady during an exercise as it is pulled on by the springs. You can choose from several Reformer exercises depending on your level of expertise.

    • Pilates Reformer Therapy

      Pilates Reformer therapy focuses on treating through stages, according to each person´s fitness level or rehabilitation status. In the case of rehabilitation, an early stage may include stabilization and disassociation of a compromised area.

    • Pilates Mat

      Joseph Pilates developed a method of specific exercises and movement patterns designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. All the fundamental movements and Pilates principles are incorporated in the mat exercises. Adaptable to any fitness level, this class focuses on learning the basics correctly without incorporating exercise equipment.

    • Pilates Barre

      Our Barre classes integrate the fat-burning format of interval training with muscle-shaping isometrics to quickly and safely reshape the entire body. Our non-impact, one-hour workout uses both the ballet Barre and the mat, and targets all major muscle groups. The result is the recognizable Barre body, featuring sculpted arms, flat abs, a lifted seat, and elongated thighs. 

    • Yogilates

      Yogilates is the fusion of basic yoga poses and Pilates exercises on the mat. With this combination, you gain the benefits of stretching and aligning your body through yoga as you strengthen your core through the movements of Pilates.

    • Power Plate

      Power Plate is a form of vibration training that works by transferring vibrations to muscles, causing them to contract 30-60 times per second. It brings a new dimension to training by stimulating muscles intensively and efficiently in only 30 minutes.&

    • Iyengar Yoga

      Precision and understanding of the body are vital in this method. The practice of asanas is considered a starting point of spiritual practice.

      In this method the use of props (blocks, belts, bolsters, blankets, and so on) are key. These props are used not only to make asanas accessible to everyone, regardless of age or flexibility, but also to challenge students to understand more.

    • Back Alignment Yoga

      This class is based on the principles of alignment by B.K.S Iyengar. All poses will be performed to allow each student to receive maximum benefits. Precision and understanding of the body are critical.

    • Kundalini Yoga

      Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a sacred science that combines postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and the symphonic healing gong. Kundalini yoga was taught to masters only until Yogi Bhajan brought it to the west in 1969, inspiring millions to tap into their inner potential and creative consciousness. 

    • Hot Yoga

      Hot yoga consists of a series of yoga poses done in a heated room. The room is usually maintained at a temperature of 95 to 100 degrees. As you can imagine, a vigorous yoga session at this temperature promotes profuse sweating and makes the body very warm, and therefore more flexible.

    • Prenatal Kundalini

      Prenatal Kundalini yoga is a sacred science designed to enhance the bond between mother and baby. Each class combines postures, breath, and meditations to prepare mothers to focus on their inner strength, fearlessness, and intuition as they bring their babies into the world.

    • Postnatal Kundalini

      Postnatal Kundalini is a class for mothers and babies to experience yoga, fun songs and movements, and meditation. The first half of the class is focused on yoga for mom as babies are integrated into each posture. The second half of the class is for the babies to interact with each other through special songs and movements to build self-confidence.

    • Intro to Meditation

      Intro to Meditation is a class that focuses on teaching different types of basic meditation techniques, such as breath work, mantra, visualization, guided, relaxation, and silent meditation.
