As part of our one-on-one Personal Training program you will receive a complimentary Body Composition Assessments to evaluate your Body Fat, BMI, and Circumference Measurements. You will know where you stand, and what you need to do more on the areas of Cardio, Strength, or Flexibility. If you would like to dig deeper, we also offer at separate charge, a Complete Assessment, which includes: Lifestyle Questionnaire, General and Medical History, Blood Pressure, Cardio Assessment, Dynamic Postural Assessment, Strength Assessment. The result will be the custom design of the fitness and wellness program that uniquely fits your needs.
