The Pilates Reformer is a pilates machine that allows you to complete precise movements that develop alignment, core strength, and flexibility. This class is given by appointment only, either through a private, duet, semi-private, or group class. This way, the teacher focuses on each student as they learn pilates movements through the use of the machine.
Pilates Mat work is a great place to begin. All of the fundamental movements and Pilates principles are incorporated in the mat exercises. Adaptable to any fitness level, this class places their main focus on learning the basics correctly without having to learn new exercise equipment at the same time. These exercises will help you gain great strength and confidence in the Pilates method.
Our Barre classes integrates the fat-burning format of interval training with muscle-shaping isometrics to quickly and safely reshape the entire body. Our non-impact, one-hour workout uses both the ballet Barre and the mat, and targets all major muscle groups. The result is the recognizable Barre body, featuring sculpted arms, flat abs, a lifted seat, and elongated thighs. This workout also requires mental focus as muscles are strengthened and then stretched to create a longer, leaner physique.
