It’s a feel-happy workout that is great for both the body and the mind. Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! This class uses the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning. You’ll learn a mixture of body sculpting movements and easy-to-follow dance steps.
Body sculpting is a total body workout where the primary focus is resistance. With the use of weights, weight bars, exercise bands, dumbbells, or a combination, the instructor guides you through a set of exercises that tone your muscles and build strength.
Kickboxing combines martial arts moves with high intensity cardio. In this class, we use weighted globes to increase the intensity of the upper body workout while the kicks and the leg movements create a great cardio workout.
Circuit training is the combination of strength and cardio exercises, repeated two to three times with little or no rest in between. Exercises are organized in a circuit with multiple stations, and each station has a different exercise that targets a specific group of muscles.

Bootcamp X-press combines cardiovascular exercises along with strength training elements such as using dumbbells, exercise bands, or the resistance of your own body weight. The pace of this program is quick, with little or no rest between each exercise.
