What is Bootcamp X-press?
In this class you will combine cardiovascular exercises along with strength elements using dumbbells, exercise bands, or the resistance of your own body weight. The sequence of exercises goes from one exercise to another with little or no rest. The workouts involve calisthenics like pushups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises. In boot camp, your challenge is to take your body to its limit...the difference lies in the intensity. Your hard work and sweat helps you burn tons of calories.
