What is Yogilates?

Yogilates is the fusion of basic yoga poses and Pilates exercises on the mat. With this combination, you gain the benefits of stretching and aligning your body through yoga as you strengthen your core through the movements of Pilates. You may use props such as rings, blocks, belts, balls, and more to help with alignment or to provide resistance.
