What is Reiki?

Reiki is an ancient Japanese method of healing that uses energy to balance the body and mind. The therapist uses a technique commonly called palm healing or hands-on-healing. Through their hands, therapists transmit the universal energy called qi that allows for self-healing and a state of equilibrium.
