What is Pilates Reformer?

The Pilates Reformer is a Pilates machine that resists and assists your movements, allowing you to complete precise actions that develop alignment, core strength, and flexibility. Most Pilates Reformer exercises involve pushing or pulling the carriage, or holding the carriage steady during an exercise as it is pulled on by the springs. You can choose from several Reformer exercises depending on your level of expertise. This class is given by appointment only to ensure your teacher can focus on each student as they learn Pilates movements through use of the machine.
