Hot Yoga

What is hot yoga?

Hot yoga consists of a series of yoga poses done in a heated room. The room is usually maintained at a temperature of 95 to 100 degrees. As you can imagine, a vigorous yoga session at this temperature promotes profuse sweating and makes the body very warm, and therefore more flexible. Bring water for hydration, a mat, and a bath or beach towel.

Who benefits from hot yoga?

This class is design for all levels, but the heat can be intense so it’s important you know your limits. After you do hot yoga a couple of times, you get to appreciate the temperature.
