What is Kundalini yoga?

Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a sacred science that combines postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and the symphonic healing gong. Kundalini yoga was taught to masters only until Yogi Bhajan brought it to the west in 1969, inspiring millions to tap into their inner potential and creative consciousness. 

What are the benefits of Kundalini yoga?

Practicing Kundalini yoga will improve your overall well-being physically, energetically, and spiritually. The glandular system becomes balanced and the nervous system strengthens, bringing a sense of peace to the mind, body, and soul. In many cases, Kundalini yoga has also helped reduce lower back pain and ease the digestive system.

Who benefits from Kundalini yoga?

Anyone can participate in a Kundalini yoga class. The kriyas (a set series of postures that lead to a certain manifestation) are taught as they were handed down from the masters in purity. All ages and levels of flexibility are welcome.
