Cycling
Cycling is one of the most successful fitness methods to lose weight and burn calories. It's fun and energizing. Achieve your fitness goals and get results. This course is led by the top instructors in the area. You work, you sweat and, best of all, you burn calories fast (about 450 in 45 minutes!) Although you follow the general instructions of the cycling teacher, you are in control when it comes to your pace. You can finish a spin class, regardless of your fitness level, simply by adjusting the tension knob on the bike to your pace.

Cardio Sculpting
Cardio Sculpting is an energetic workout to tone the body and burn calories. This class specifically targets your arms, legs and abs.

Cardio & Tone
The first part of the class is choreographic cardio movements. The second part combines a total body conditioning routine. An effective ab workout, followed by stretching, finishes this class.

Boot Camp
This class goes from one exercise to another with no rest. The workouts involve calisthenics like pushups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises. In boot camp, your challenge is to take your body to its limit...the difference lies in the intensity. Your hard work and sweat helps you burn tons of calories.

Circuit Training
This class is ideal for developing strength, endurance (both aerobic and anaerobic), flexibility and coordination. A great time saver, it can be a refreshing and fun change from the more monotonous types of exercise. It typically consists of about ten exercises stations completed for 60 seconds in sequence with 30-60 seconds rest in between.

Zumba
Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." It is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind. Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! This class utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.

Zumba Toning
This class blends body-sculpting techniques and Zumba moves into a calorie-burning and strength-training workout. You will use weighted, maraca-like Zumba Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all your target zones.

Fitvibe Vibration Training: Train Faster and Smarter!
Fitvibe fitness is a form of vibration training that works by transferring vibrations to muscles, causing them to contract 30-60 times per second. This is a non-cardiovascular workout in which you will shape your body and make your muscles stronger.

Body Conditioning
Body Conditioning is a fitness modality that integrates muscular endurance with strength and flexibility. This is a total body workout that is great for muscle toning and building strength.

Kickboxing
Kickboxing is the hottest fitness modality that incorporates martial arts with a highly intensive cardiovascular exercise.

Ultimate Workout
This class will get you into peak shape fast. Build and tone your muscles, feel strength and lose fat. Most of the exercises require only the use of your own body weight as resistance, which is ideal for strength conditioning.

Pilates Mat
Pilates Mat is a great place to begin with your Pilates practice. All of the fundamental movements and Pilates principles are incorporated in the mat exercises. Mat exercises are adaptable to any fitness level, and place their main focus on learning the basics correctly, without having to learn new exercise equipment at the same time. Mat exercises will help you gain great strength and confidence in the Pilates method.
