It’s a 60-minute class utilizing light weights and body weights with high repetitions. The focus of this class is on fundamental human movements done correctly, like:

  • Pull
  • Push
  • Squat
  • Lunge
  • Hinge
  • Rotation
  • Gait

Sue Ellen is a Fitness Educator & Corrective Exercise Specialist with experience in Physiology, Kinesiology & Anatomy. NASM CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) and Corrective Exercise Specialist

In the process of educating my clients and pushing them to meet their goals over the past 13 years, my abilities as a trainer have grown exponentially. I have come to understand how to connect profoundly with my clients and best support each of them along their unique strength, mobility, and wellness journeys.

My Focus begins by identifying the precises need of my client, and designing programs that break the mold of conventional fitness training and create new experiences for what it means to train the body, mind, and spirit.
